Engineering a Cleaner Tomorrow.
TRASH BIN is a decentralised solid-waste destruction system developed for institutions, communities, municipal bodies and waste-processing locations.
The system is based on magnetic partial-pyrolysis, supported by controlled secondary heating and wet-scrubbing stages for flue-gas treatment. The process described in the technical material uses a magnetised field to generate reactive oxygen, which reacts with organic material to form syngas. The resulting syngas, tar and char are then used as secondary fuel in the destruction chamber.
With a strong focus on engineering excellence and continuous innovation, our solutions are developed to assist industries, institutions, commercial establishments, healthcare facilities, and municipalities in managing waste more effectively and responsibly.
At TRASH BIN, sustainability is approached through responsible waste processing, resource utilisation and controlled treatment of process outputs.
The system is designed to reduce the volume of suitable waste and to utilise process-generated syngas, tar and char as secondary fuel within the destruction process. Flue-gas treatment incorporates controlled secondary heating followed by wet scrubbing as part of the system’s environmental-control approach.
Understanding the Process
Trash Bin operates through a sequence of controlled stages, combining magnetic partial-pyrolysis with secondary heating and wet-scrubbing for flue-gas treatment.
Suitable solid waste is introduced into the system according to the selected machine configuration and operating requirements.
A magnetised field is used to generate reactive oxygen, which reacts with organic material to form syngas.
The resulting syngas, tar and char are used as secondary fuel in the destruction chamber.
Controlled secondary heating forms part of the flue-gas treatment pathway, followed by wet-scrubbing stages as part of the system's environmental-control approach.

Controlled Flue-Gas Treatment
The system incorporates controlled secondary heating and wet scrubbing as part of its flue-gas treatment pathway, supporting responsible treatment and discharge
The external heating stage is intended to destroy toxic substances generated during the waste-processing process.
Helps reduce acidic fumes and supports the environmental-control approach.
Designed to support control of toxic substances and reduce reformation.
Treated flue gas is directed through the designated stack or chimney for discharge.
Regulatory & Performance Records
The Trash Bin technology is supported by regulatory correspondence, laboratory testing, and institutional performance documentation relating to identified systems and installations.
| Document / Record | Details |
|---|---|
| Telangana State Pollution Control Board — 2015 | Records examination and observations relating to the SWATCH system, including reference to emissions being within CPCB norms during the cited assessment. |
| Laboratory Testing | Laboratory test reports were obtained for submitted or sampled parameters. |
| Institutional Performance | The GSO Kalpakkam letter reports satisfactory performance of an installed SWATCH machine from the stated installation date. |
| Municipal Performance Records | Municipal letters document installation, working performance, operation, or maintenance at identified locations. |
